Purchase rules
1. General Provisions
1.1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter "Rules") are a legal document that establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, and the procedure for purchasing, paying for, delivering, and returning goods.
1.2. By placing an order in the ORVÉ online store, the Buyer confirms their agreement with these Rules.
1.3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer forms the shopping cart, specifies the delivery address, chooses the payment method, and clicks the "Buy" button.
2. Personal Data Protection
2.1. The Buyer provides the requested data during the order: name, surname, address, email address, and phone number.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate data.
2.3. The Buyer agrees that the data provided by them may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
2.4. The Buyer's personal data may be used for marketing purposes only if the Buyer explicitly agrees to it.
2.5. Payments are processed through the MakeCommerce.lt platform, which is managed by Maksekeskus AS (Liivalaia 45, Tallinn 10145, Estonia, reg. no.:12268475). Therefore, the data required for your payment will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
2.6. The Seller undertakes not to disclose Buyer's data to third parties, except in cases provided by law or with the Buyer's consent.
3. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.2. The Buyer must provide accurate and complete information in the payment form. Providing inaccurate or misleading data may lead to the cancellation of the order.
3.3. If the Buyer's data provided in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the procedure specified in the Goods Return Policy.
3.5. By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these rules and the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4. Seller's Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to create conditions for the Buyer to properly use the store's services.
4.2. If the Buyer violates the rules or poses a threat to the store's operations, the Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer's access.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy and not to transfer their data to third parties.
4.4. The Seller delivers the goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5. The Seller may temporarily suspend the store's operations in case of important circumstances.
4.6. The Seller may unilaterally change these Rules. By continuing to use the store, the Buyer confirms agreement with the changes.
5. Goods Ordering, Prices, and Payment
5.1. Orders are accepted only through the online store.
5.2. Product prices are indicated in euros.
5.3. The Buyer must pay for the order within 2 calendar days from the order confirmation.
5.4. Payments are made through the MakeCommerce.lt platform; payments can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas e-banking services.
5.5. The order preparation begins only after payment is received.
5.6. If payment is not made within the specified time, the order will be cancelled.
6. Goods Delivery
6.1. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address.
6.2. Goods in Lithuania are delivered via LP Express and DPD parcel lockers.
6.3. Goods to foreign countries are sent by Lithuanian Post, and the price is agreed upon individually.
6.4. The Buyer must accept the goods. If the goods are delivered to the wrong recipient, the Seller accepts no responsibility.
6.5. Damaged goods or an incorrect quantity of the order must be immediately reported to the Seller by email with photos.
7. Product Quality and Guarantees
7.1. Product data is provided next to each product description.
7.2. Photos may differ from the actual product, and supply quantities may differ from those shown in the photos.
7.3. The Seller provides guarantees if indicated in the product description.
8. Marketing and Information
8.1. The Seller may organize promotions and offers.
8.2. The Buyer receives notifications only via the contact details provided by the Buyer.
8.3. The Seller is not responsible if information does not reach the Buyer's mailbox due to a SPAM filter or incorrect data.
9. Goods Return
9.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods have not been used and the packaging is preserved.
9.2. Return costs are covered by the Buyer, except if the goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
9.3. Returns are processed by submitting an email request to the Seller.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2. All disputes are resolved by negotiation, and if unsuccessful, in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
